yOU know because u can look at ur stomach and see the difference. If u are constantly urinating every 5 minutes, and u have pain between ur thighs, and is cramping that makes u feel a little paralyze.You'll know when the baby drops, u can feel the change in the baby's position

You will definately know!!!!
You can sometimes even feel when they drop. It's actually pretty freaky feeling!!!
But you will notice yourself carrying lower and will feel that pressure further down than you already do.

There will be alot of pressure on your private area.. And your belly will look like you dropped like alot

You will probably pee a lot more (the bladder is more crowded). Lots of people notice that they can eat more (more space for the stomach) and that they can breath easier (lungs are less crowded).

You may get a rush of warm clear ambiotic fluid - feels like you peed your pants. That would be the water sac breaking.
