If you buy a sim-free phone from nokia would it come unloked so it can acsess any network?

You can't buy directly from Nokia if you live in the States. They only sell to retailers/dealers

yeah cus i got a sim free phone, i use T-Mobile on it and it works fine!

not sure your question... but if you buy a 6280 it unlocked so it will work with any GSM provider such as cingular, t-mobile..go to mobilebee.com
