Just come and get some of that disgusting stuff off my neighbors garage wall that is falling into my yard and the city won't do anything about it. Oh wait, that is not algae that is moss. Sorry.

Get a fish tank, stick it in a sunny window, keep the lights on it all the time. If you put fish in there, overfeed them so that they **** all the time, you'll have a nice algae bloom in no time.
