Someone on yahoo messenger pops up I don't have them on my messenger list, they just will not leave me alone...they talk down to me and my kids what should I do?

On messenger choose:
Messenger -> Preferrances (Ctrl+Shift+P) and select the "Ignore List" tab. Chose the first radio button (Ignore anyone who is not on my list) and you will not recieve messages from anyone not on your list.

try to find their real name and if they live in your state you can report it to the police.
OR
If you know their email address, got to a porn site and sign them up with unlimited amount of porn, they cant unsubscribe because they dont know who signed them up
