I wanna know what you think, but as for me...

I like:
-TEXAS: Like a "Lone Star" in terms of its hospitality and generosity.
-Oklahoma: Lot like Texas
-Tennessee: Laid-back, mellow
-North Carolina: Much like Tennessee outside of the cities
-South Carolina: Old South charm, Charleston is nice tourist attraction
-Mississippi: Old South charm, sweet people
-Louisiana: Food, culture, that down home feeling
-Alabama: Much like Mississippi
-Georgia: Just as long as you avoid ATL

I can do without:
-Kentucky: Might as well be Ohio. Bad drivers, very unwelcoming to outsiders, snooty women...and I'm from there!
-West Virginia: There's nothing there!
-Virginia: like New York/New Jersey south
-Florida: like New York/New Jersey south-south
-Arkansas: had several bad service industry-related experiences in this state. Plus it elected BJ to four terms as Governor.

This is my opinion based on life experience. Every state has its good and bad points, though!

North Carolina, South Carolina, Mississippi, Alabama, and Georgia are the friendliest states in usa? i think of no longer. think of roughly this - the south had a custom of slavery. How friendly is that?!? Enslaving your fellow guy should be on the subject of the rudest and maximum unfriendly act dedicated by using persons. In 1860, there have been 6.4 million loose people and 3.7 million slaves living in the south. it is one slave for each a million.7 loose people! particularly unfriendly. till southern mentalities on the subject of their fellow guy have replaced one hundred eighty levels (no longer likely), the south is particularly unfriendly.
