I would have to agree, I am not crazy about the people that are in our government at this time, I think they have made some poor leadership choices and have neglected us. We have problems here like the economy for example, but I don't see them paying much attention to that, I see them worried about this country and that country instead of their OWN country.
I personally cannot wait for Bush to be out either... all he has done is obsess over Iraq and personally I am sick of it, sick of the whole thing. Well if he is THAT concerned, why doesnt he go over there and screw that country up as its president? I do love my country, I do support our troops and am thankful for them but it's time to bring the boys home dont ya think? GOD BLESS AMERICA!!!
Let's get someone who KNOWS how to run a country into office....PLEASE NO MORE BUSHS!!!!!

I understand the sentiment, certainly. I find it amusing so many people equate the two concepts, as if having a complaint about the US government is 'anti-American'. Certainly a desire to improve the way things are run should be a trait all citizens should share, blind faith or passive acceptance in a government is a free pass for a ruler to do whatever they want with their power unchecked. Really, I think that goes against everything the US was founded upon, to support leadership as an act of love of their country. To love your country is to wish to see it as good as it can be, and if the current leadership does not fulfill that notion than it is the duty of citizens to do what they can to see change come about.

I Agree trendy

Our government has been taken over by greedy lying folks who, hopefully, will lose some of their power within a few month. If they even lose control of the House, there will be hearing about things that have been burried. Most of the world hates out government

I agree in part, but I'm sure its not the part you were thinking of. I am frustrated over the high costs of our social programs, there are no costs controls and all I see them doing is creating a new race of slaves. I also hate government run medical facilities. I hate that government jobs are jobs for life.

I agree, but when your hate for that government or its leader causes you to act in such a way that endangers the safety of that country you love, I find fault.

I agree. I would not want to live any where else, but I sure do hate slimy politicians that are just out for number one and screw the rest of the people that they are supposed to be working for.

I totally agree with it. Hey, our President didn't win the popular vote either time! That's got to tell you something. Our way of electing the President is awful!

I can't wait until 01/20/2009 - Bush is out!
