It is only bad on battery's with a "memory" lithium ion battery's do not. It isn't bad to charge it with life still in it.. however letting it go completely dead is not good for your phone contrary to what the first girl said.

Yes,it is, but it is also good to, once in a while, let it go dead all together and then charge it up again. I have seen this information in several of the manuals.
