At Miskatonic University. They offer courses in everything from "Necromancy 101" to "Care and Feeding of Gargoyles". All the vampires from Vampire Biker Babes graduated w/honors.

Many schools offer some sort of mythology or folklore course. They are often literature courses. If you are not interested in them from a literature aspect, you may need to do your own research. Perhaps you could make it into an independent study and get credit for it, if you found a willing professor.

I think you would be better off just going to Amazon and seeing what they offer as far as books, and doing some research online. That way you learn what you want to learn and are relying on the system to teach you what is acceptable or what they want you to know. Also go back as far as you can, and if you get really into it, you could consider learning another language to further open more written works.

The closest would be archaeology, history and paleontology.
As for me I do my own research. Its easier this way.
