Stop eating fatty foods. You are at risk for high cholesterol. And all the toxins are in the fat. Have you tried carbs like pasta, breads and potatoes, rice. Have your thyroid checked. Your genetics may dictate you will be thin. Go to the Dr and get blood work done to see if you have a hormone problem or a disease.

I don't know if this is the answer for you, but I think it is the answer for me. I have always been underweight and have tried everything to gain weight; with no success. I think my metabolism has a lot to do with it and genetics; some people are just naturally thin (or in my case skinny). I am also a very hyper person and I think that's another major reason I can't gain weight. Maybe someday ... but with my luck, I'm afraid that one day I'll wake up big as a whale (no in between for me). They do say be careful of what you wish for!

I have that too. You don't want fat, you want protein. If, like me, you have a fast metabolism and work off fat really fast, then eating more of it will just make you feel bloated and sick.
Protein is the most efficient way of building muscle and keeping your body going. Try drinking lots of skimmed milk, and eating things like tuna and chicken, but don't forget carbohydrates and fruit too.
If it's really bugging you and you lose weight too easily, consider seeing your GP or dietician, as there may be something else you could do, a slightly hyperactive thyroid gland can keep you slim.
Or you might just be one of nature's lucky chocolate, cookie, cheese and ice cream guzzlers who never puts on an ounce - go us! ;)

you just have a fast metabolism. i'm 5'9" and have never been over 120 lbs in my life. i could also eat fast food every day. that doesnt make it healthy. lol. but chalk it up to good genes, and be happy!! btw, just because you're thin, doesnt mean you are healthy, exercise is ALWAYS important!!! :)

Are you a very active person? If so, that would be why, your metabolism is super fast. Plus, you're burning the calories just as fast as you're taking them in.
