Most universities with decent departments of Comparative Religion (also called "Religious Studies" or just "Religion") will provide some opportunities to study demonology within specific historical and various religious contexts.
Christian demonology in Medieval, Renaissance, or Early Modern Europe are typical areas of study. There are also opportunities to study the history of demonology within Judaism, Zoroastrianism, Buddhism, Hinduism, etc.
One might also find potential sources for the study of the history of demonology in departments of Classics (Greek and Latin) and in departments of English. For example, Merrall Price, who has written on medieval demonology, teaches in the Department of English at the University of Alabama, Huntsville.
Of course, if you are seeking to study demonology not from an academic and historical perspective, but from a theological perspective, Bible colleges would be what you are looking for.

The local community college had a class on traditional herbalism (which was cancelled due to lack of interest) and has had tarot classes that I know of. But they also offer world religions classes and several Biblical study classes so they are pretty well rounded.

The Vatican has some of its clergy study demonology in order to perform exorcisms. The RC church may know, or as any divinity school, I'll bet they know or could direct you towards how to find one.

Hopefully not, most real colleges don't offer courses where you study things that don't exist.
Maybe mythology, but thats studied more for historical reasons than anything helse
