Yea so i was in math class today and my best friend was picking her nose and then eating it and i was starting to get really annoyed and disgusted but she is my best friend and i didnt want to hurt her feelings...what should i do??

Draw her a target and hold it up. She'll know ya seen her but you guys can make a joke about it.

Tell her in a joking matter that you saw her picking her nose in class and to be careful about doing it because other people might see her do that and you don't want them to make fun of her! See what she has to say about that!

First off if she is your best Friend she should not get mad pull her over to the side or call her later when you all are in private I mean don"t blast on her in front of everyone else just tell her how gross that is and how unsanitary it is her, just tell her that's what friends are supposed to be there for each other.
