As a guy, and this probably sounds a little vain, I take about 45 minutes to an hour.
But here's why.....
Wake up
Go Pee
Weigh myself
Kiss Wife Goodmorning
Take shower (15 to 20 min)
Dry off
Brush teeth put on deodorant
Get dressed
Do hair
Apply 2 - 3 spritz' of Kenneth Cole Black or Calvin Klein Truth
Make Bed
Hang out with kids making sure everyone has done what they are supposed to do, make beds, brush teeth, etc...
Wife and I go to work...
My wife wakes up at 6:30, and does about the same but spends about 20 to 30 minutes doing her hair and make up.

I get up at 6:50 and am out the door by 7:45.
I'm really slow moving in the morning though, I know that.
Things that have learned to stay more polished are as follows:
1) Pick out and iron if needed all clothing the night before. This is the last thing I do before I get into bed, it's a easy way to make sure you have everything togeather the next day,
2) Buy several hairclips incase you are rushed and need to put your hair into a easy buy stylish updo.
3) Get a few easy to wear accessories. The right beads, or ear rings really pull a outfit togeather. They make you look planned and therefore peiced togeather.

no more than 15 minutes total. I have a really easy short hairstyle, which helps, and I wear only foundation, bronzer, and mascara so makeup doesn't take long. I pick my clothes the night before, and eat a piece of cheese with an ounce of peanuts for breakfast, which I eat in the car or right when I get to work.

about 40 mins, including the shower.
lay out your clothes the night before, and purchase makeup that doesnt take that long to put on, like neutrogena foundation. it is inexpensive and has great coverage.
also, try an eyelash curler, then two layers of mascara, with a very light eyeshadow.
top with lip balm and youre done.
as far as hair, try getting a new haircut.
i know it sounds weird, but there are some great wash and wear haircuts that look GREAT, even when theyre wet, and they dry quickly. try putting a little styling serum before you blow dry your hair.
if all else fails, shower at night.

About 30 min if I Wash my hair the night before ....45 if I wash it in the morning.
I know how you feel I am always late. Even if I get up earlier. Seems like the only time I get dressed quickly is when I just bought something new and know exactly what i am wearing!

If I don't shower or eat breakfast, I can be ready in about 5 minutes. On a daily basis, maybe 20-25 minutes.

My personal beauty regimen takes about 45 minutes from shower to clothes to hair and makeup. But to get into the shower it takes a good 45 minutes because I like to dawdle and drink my coffee first, to sort of wake up. I procrastinate!!!!
