no, the ones I've come across always have the slippery inside part face down so the skin is what would come in contact with someone's shoes. I bet it would be hilarious though if it happened.

Nope I've never. But I would like to see it happen. You see it so much in cartoons, that I would actually like to see if it would really happen to an unsuspecting person.
