Solution/s:
1. Check your username & password
2. Try to connect using another dial-up number of your ISP
3. Internet Service Provider (ISP) temporarily closed for maintenance... try to connect later
4. Check your TCP/IP configuration
Other Solution/s:
1. Remove your modem at the Device Manager then try to reinstall your modem again
2. If error occurs, ask your technician to check your modem
Try it!

Try to create a new connection from scratch. If you are still having problems, contact your ISP. They could be experiencing a problem on their network. They can also help you troubleshoot the problem if the network is okay. It could be in your phone line, your computer settings, etc.
