Personally, I like my underwires and have no trouble. BUT, in your situation, I would suggest you try a sports bra. They'll keep the twins from hitting the floor and generally are very comfortable.

My wife likes the bras with a thick strap on the bottom rather than a wire. She has a hard time finding them, though.

Get a bra that is slightly too small.
It will be kinda tight, and uncomfortable at first, but after wearing it for a few days you'll get used to it.
(my best friend has this problem)
It will make your boobs look really perky, and after some time, they will naturally start to lift up some. :)

Hope this helps <3

Sports bras help to bind the breasts closer to your chest without cutting off circulation like a tight bra, and without the discomfort of underwire. The down side of sports bras is you usually lose some of the perky shape while wearing them. If you're prone to headaches, both mild and severe, try wearing sports bras - there's a good chance the headaches will go away. They did for me.

I've used two different methods to firm up with success: 1) buy an exerciser you can squeeze between your hands. Do repetitions of 10 in four different positions:

a) lean back from the waist with arms extended straight in front of you and do 10 squeezes.

b) lean forward from the waist with arms straight in front of you and do 10 squeezes.

c) extend your arms above your head and do 10 squeezes.

d) stand up straight, bend your elbows with arms in front of you, tips of fingers pointing up. Do 10 squeezes.

It's harder than it sounds, but just be persistent, and it'll get easier. Add repetitions as you gain in strength. You'll firm up your pectorals, your entire arms and shoulders, and your entire front and sides.

2) Lift weights. Just get a set of barbells (the good kind that you can add weight to). Start with two to five lb. weight on each barbell. This works best if you have a weight bench to lie on, but if not then:

a) lie on your back on the floor, with knees bent, with your elbows bent at a 45 degree angle, barbell in each hand. Slowly push straight up toward the ceiling. Going slowly makes your muscles work. Start with two sets of 10 repetitions. Do this with each individual arm also.

b) While on your back, knees bent, extend your arms, elbows slightly bent, out at each side so your arms are at a 45 degree angle from your body. Slowly lift your arms and bring the barbells together, then slowly let your arms back down. Do this with each individual arm also.

c) While on your back, knees bent, extend arms with elbows slightly bent over your head like you're reaching back over your head. With palms inward, slowly lift the weights and bring your arms from over your head to your sides. Do the same lift with palms turned toward your feet.

It takes work, but you'll see results within three weeks. If the sag is due to weight gain followed by loss, you may not totally get rid of the sag without surgery if the skin has stretched out and lost elasticity. Good luck!

Underwires take some getting used to, they work wonders for me! I think the slight discomfort is worth it to look better in your clothes. Other than that, you should just shop around for a good quality really supportive bra and stick with that brand when you find one. good luck!

Try the water bra from Victorias Secret. It forms the shape of your natural bosom and lifts you up.
