The ritual must be done precisely as stated below, unless cheezburgur is present, then all bets are off. On the 3rd hour of the 2nd night of the 5th week you must take 32 steps directly south of your favorite household appliance. If there's an obstruction such as a wall or staircase in the way, it must be removified. If you do not have a particular strong affinity to a household appliance, under certain conditions a garden prop, such a gnome or carved bush shaped like a animal, will do. As a last resort nekkid streaking by the lake at noontide on said day will be justified through Ceiling Cat's perennial manifesto of jurisdiction, although where you stop you must continue the ritual as if you had chosen an object. Thank you. Now that an object is chosen or the streaking has been accomplished, take those 32 steps south from your location, briskly in waddles, shouting "I LOVE DIPPING MY BOTTOM IN COOL WHIP". If laughter crosses your lips you must start over, but in a crotchless gorilla suit. If the 32 steps are done in the appropriate manner, the words said with vigor and laughter bridled, a marvelous thing will appear about a stone's throw to your left and 3 meters high, accompanied by a slight purring/humming sound mixed with the vilest of curse words and derogatory statements. Do Not Look at it under any circumstance, even if you think it touched you! Instead close your eyes, Oh crap, the drugs are wearing off, where's my blankey?

I suffered from chronic migraines. One of the best alternative treatments is a supplement duo called Forever Well. Tom Staverosky has some excellent research concerning the gut brain therapy. This is protocol works on underlying physical issues to resolve the problem. For treatment of symptoms butterbur works very effectively for pain mangement as does magnesium (but be sure to citrate or a magnesium supplement that contains all the forms of magnesium, which helps the blood vessels relax). The Forever Well protocol may seem a bit expensive, but it truly works - I used it for four months along with cleaning up my diet by eliminating highly processed foods, fried foods, white flours, caffeine, and sugar.

HONEY! Pure clover honey! It works for me. I also get relief from caffeine, so a cup of my favorite hot tea with plenty of honey helps a lot. I also find essential oil of Eucalyptus at a 10% concentration rubbed in a thick layer across my forehead from one temple to the other helps as well when the migraine is getting started.
