There are Welsh dictionaries that offer pronounciation guides, but without being facetious, I'd suggest your best bet is to find someone who speaks Welsh. The guide to pronouncing individual letters falls apart in some of the yard-long names, and the dictionary doesn't show where the emphasis is, nor give you the lovely lilt that makes Welsh sound almost like music.

Welsh words often throw up because of the size of them. Just try to read the word slowly. Then faster. You will probably get it right then as the words are not so different as they look. Its not like French where you have all of those silent parts to the word.
