how to teach English but this master I should find for it an admition in a country which speaks english formally , and if I studied this late master I'll get a secure job to teach in the local university, because it's kind of a scholarship from them. If u were me , what would choose? and why?

First of all, the two lead to very different careers, so which would interest you more? Do you want to teach, or to run a business?
Secondly, I don't know the opportunities in your country, so it is difficult to know if an MBA will be extremely useful, or if the secure job is the approach to take.
Personally, I went for the MBA and ended up teaching business, but that was right for me, not necessarily for you.
