where can you get tie rod ends for a 1968 c60 chevrolet truck?

The tie rod ends are a female thread with the the tighting bolt holes made in the same casting.

this is for a 2+ ton truck and is no longer made by cheverolet ,is a discontued item

I would suspect that ANY auto parts store will either have them in stock or could order them with no problem.
