It was without a doubt the way I met my now best friend , and how that came about . We worked at the same Retail store , we knew of each other in passing ,but never really went out of our way to talk to each other .
I was the Asst. Manager . She was the footware manager .
We started having disagreements over refunds and since I was in charge I always had the final word .
I was very professional and would go to the back to dicuss any
problems . She always took offence .
We were both called into Mngrs. office to fix the problem.
Extreamly long story short , we made friends , she moved in with me after leaving her husband and we got to know each other very well . We became best friends and she ended up saving my life ! Then stuck by me even when my family couldn't .

The strangest coincidence that has happened to me is that my father's name was Theodore, my second husband's father's name was Theodore. My second husband's first mother-in-law was named Maxine, and my mother, which would be my second husband's second mother-in-law is named Maxine. My second husband and I did not meet until in our mid forties.
I don't know if this means that everything happens for a reason, but it is a strange coincidence.

When I was younger, my aunt was engaged to this guy who was a total ******, he was rude and verbally abusive to her, and abusive in every way to my cousins and I wished so much that something would make it impossible for my aunt to not have to marry this awful guy.
Well, not one week after I wished this, the guy was killed in an accident at work, he was electrocuted by powerlines while up on a ladder painting someone's house. I was completely stunned and I often wonder if my wish had made that happen or it was just what he had coming to him for being so evil. Either way it was wicked freaky.
