yes, she has the right to have anyone over the age of 18 watch your kid whom she sees fit.
Now if you find out otherwise this is a different story. Then theres a problem...
She is just trying to make a living, its hard in this world we have today, low pay and cost of living is expensive...

Good Luck !

You might want to consider looking into getting custody of the child, that are talk to a lawyer and see what you can do about having to leave you kid with strange people, sounds to me like you should have the child. If you tryed not to drop the child off because of that, she could have you arrested for kidnap even if its your child also. I have seen it happen. Just get a lwayer, handle it from there. Good luck!

Depends on the law in your state...some states say that you can wait 30 minutes - then if there is a no-show - that is not considered a denied parenting time. So I guess, if SHE wasn't there and YOU where not conforatable leaving your child with WHOMEVER.....that could be considered a no show.

As a mother with joint custody, I would not leave my child in the care of someone I don't know. If you have a specific time and place you are supposed to meet her, and she is not there, that is grounds for contempt of court. You may have grounds for full custody. My ex and I always share information about who our daughter is with if it is not us directly. Hope this helps.

If she is never there to take care of your son, then have you considered trying to get physical custody of your son?

It all depends on how old he is. I am sure your wife is not endangering your child.
