This normally wouldn't be the case, but something casual and not revealing at all. My chemistry teacher is really hot, but she never shows cleavage, ever. It really bothers me, but at the same time, it keeps me interested in her.
I don't think I'd like it if any other girl did that, though.

jeans and a wife beater tank top from fruit of the loom. the jeans have to be definately low cut, boot legged and a little washed out...vintage looking. then they have to wear their hair down. minimun jewelry and flip flops. if they can pull that outfit off, they can probably wear anything.

a nice well fitted dress moderate length, not too much showing, and a nice hair style. and a great smile which says " I love who I am and not what people think about me"
