Her hormones are changing so everything could be irritating her. Give her some space and be there for her, that's all you can do.

Probably mood swings. With my first pregancy I was always happy and never snappy. This one is the complete opposite. I have no patience and i snap easily. They were both boys so I know it is not due to what I am carrying but maybe HOW i am carrying. I carried my first really low and never had back pain or anything. I have been nothing but miserable this time. he is up high and my back and feet constantly hurt. I have been miserable pretty much fom day one. My boyfriend gets a little irritated sometimes but then he will come around. he always says "I know it's not your fault but you know i dont like to be snapped at" usually by then I just need a hug or something... however there are times that if she has the whole "dont touch me" thing... respect that (for your own good, trust me) just give her space when she wants it and love when she needs it!

Her irritability is likely caused by hormonal fluctuations. This can be well remedied with good supplements like DHA (found in cod liver oil). See if you can find her a good homeopathic nutritionist who can recommend some organic supplements for her. And, encourage her to drink lots of water. Many people get irritated just because they're dehydrated, and they don't even realize how thirsty they are. Above all, don't take it personally, and hang in there. Oh, and congratulations Daddy!

lol, it means you did this to her and u are gonna pay for it. the first few weks of pregnancy are really stressful. U have the excitemnt, the peeing, the vomiting, the sleepyness, and everything, plus she might be scared, how old is she? how old r u? you have to remeber that having ababy is going to change your lives forever and its not a big joke. Whatever it takes to make this girl feel comfortable..you should be doing...you'll see in 8-9 months what shes going to be going through...lol....not only the labour, but the whole pregnancy. Let her be irrated....its natural, do you know howw many hormones are ragint rhough her body right now?

First of all... calling someone constantly will get on every womans nerves after a while.
I did not have many mood swings during my pregnancy. Towards the end of the pregnancy, yes... women can get frustrated. They are tired by this time of carrying a child, bloated, backaches, feeling huge, and this makes them frustrated. Its not necessarily towards the man (your just always around to hear it) its just the woman is ready to have this child. She has waited for 9/10 months to have them. Dont take it personal.

She is very nervous and apprehensive. Her body, her routine, and life as she knows it is about to be turned upside down. This is a very overwhelming experience for a woman to go through, especially if she is young or is still in high school. I was 22 when I got pregnant and I was terrified. Just try to be understanding and considerate and ask her what she would like you do to. Rub her feet, take her out, help her to feel special. Congratulations and I hope all works out.

Honey, please be sympathetic. Her hormones have just gone berzerk. She will be like this for a while. Also, if you tick off a woman, she will usually forgive you. If you tick off a pregnant woman, she will remember it for life! Remember the term, "Honey, I'm a bonehead." Use it liberally. My husband did this and it usually got a laugh out of me. Anger quickly dissipated. Do it with a pout, though. He had read about it somewhere and it worked like a charm. The idea is to diffuse the situation quickly and quietly. All will be well soon, just hang in there. Congratulations.

Definately. When a women gets pregnant her hormone balances are totally different than they were before. Just be supportive and remember that she is pregnant. It seems to get better as the pregnancy progresses.

All pregnant women are irrated and tired. Serously all pregnant women want is to catered after. A bath, nice dinner cooked, rub her feet. She is going to be a pain. If you love her stick by her.Don't get to impatient with her. You should also get plenty of sleep so you have energy to deal with her. Don't call her to much you would probaly like if you went to see her.

It could be hormones. Pregnancy at any stage will influence her hormones and cause mood swings. Of course, she could be "testing" you to see if you are going to stick around for the long haul. Just be patient with her and support her and reassure her as much as possible. Good Luck!
