Dryness is usually caused by a change in hormone levels. Do you want an immediate fix? Then use one of those moistening things sold over the counter (KY, astroglide, whatever).
If you want a long term fix? Talk to your doctor about some hormone replacement therapy.
BE CAREFUL THOUGH. This could mean a degradation in the walls of the vagina, and then you'll get nast things like tearing.

There are several "personal" lubricants on the market. Check them out at your market or pharmacy and always buy one that is water-soluble..

Replens, you can buy it over-the-counter. It saves you from having to go to the doctor and getting a prescription.
