I am sick of being paid crap money for doing a really good job, and not being able to find anything else!

I'm sick of sitting in meetings where the salient points are raised within two minutes of the question / agenda item and then everyone produces an exercise of ego massaging and oneupmanship to protract the meeting for a further 45 minutes. I once had a meeting to decide the venue of the Xmas lunch which lasted 90 minutes. We'd decided the venue within two minutes but there then followed a discussion about who had had the best Xmas meal. I ended up deliberately soiling myself just to leave the room.
