i have a lump thing on the lip of th vagina - but th lump feels like a bone almost - no pain at all just scary feeling thats all...its only on one side....help please im 18 ---

You really didn't give enough information to determine if this was a normal thing or not. So, I would suggest, since you are 18, and you probably haven't been to a gynocologist yet that you make an appointment with your regular doctor who could check it out for you. Now, if you are sexually active, EVEN if you have used a condom, you should probably see a gyno to be checked out more thoroughly. If you are on good terms with your mom (by this I mean, that you feel comfortable talking to your mom about this), then I would suggest you ask her.
Relax, it is probably nothing to be worried about, but get yourself checked to be sure.

Ummm...your vagina is your INSIDE bit. The outside bit is called the VULVA. And which set of labia are you talking about? Inner or outer? Where on the lip? Or is it between the 2 sets?
Could be: Cyst, Infected Bartholin's Gland, Genital Warts, HPV, Infected Hair Follicle,Skin Cancer...lots of things.
Go to a gynecologist to see what they think. The Health Department and Planned Parenthood will check it out for free or reduced cost.

Sounds familiar, my friend had something like that. She had it checked out and it was just a cyst. (Non cancerous) The doctor gave her some antibiotics to take and it actually busted inside and went away on its own. But I would really advise to see a doctor, with so many things that can go wrong in a womans AREA, its nothing to wait around and see with out medical advisement - a doctor- make an appointment!

if it is within the labia, it could be a wart since it doesn't hurt.
If it is on the outside, where you hair is, it could simply be an ingrown hair.
Just saw your detail about you not being sexually active (are you a virgin or just not active for right now?) Regardless, see the gynochologist, they should be able to find out what it is.

You should go to the doc and have it checked out it could be anything from a hair bump to a sign of trich(STD) if you are sexually active. do not let it fester.

do not worry 'bout going to Doc. They see all kinds of crotchy critters. sounds like a skin tag to me, though.

Hard to say without more knowledge. It could be an std, like genital warts or herpes. Have you had unprotected sex?? If you have, please don't again, it could kill you. Please go to your gynecologist.. he or she can do some testing and find out what the lump is. Good luck!!
