Depends upon what you're using it for. A 'puter with a TV card can be pretty cool though most monitors are a lot smaller than typical TVs. On the other hand, the potential resolution on a monitor is quite a bit higher.
Piping a computer connection through a TV tends to be pretty sad, though. The resolution of the typical TV sucks.

Actually a computer better because you could watch a dvd movie and you could also hook up a tv on the computer and you could do more then the tv. But the only thing a computer don t have then the tv might have is a VCR.

a computer with the right peripherals can do anything TV can but a TV is just a TV so a computer is allot more versatile hence better
