I am looking for a long handled broom to sweep the cobwebs from my 14 ft ceilings. I bought my last one several years ago and can no longer find them. Research on the net has not given me any leads. Does anyone know where I can purchase a broom with an 8-10 ft handle?

Get an extendable paint roller handle and put a really cheap medium or long knap roller on it. The cobwebs wind around the knap and you can probably comb them off rather easily, but if you can't get another cheap roller when you need one.

Our ceilings are only 12 ft. but We have ceiling fans that need dusting & we also have cobwebs. I have a telescoping duster with an adjustable head so I can angle it for the blades of the ceiling fan. I can't be sure, but I think I may have gotten it from qvc.com I think it is a Don Aslett cleaning product. I really like his products, especially his microfiber stuff. I have hardwood floors & A LOT of oak furniture, etc. His products are gentle, but sturdy & they work well & I do not have to use a lot of cleaners.

Buy a painters stick and screw your broom to the end of it. Now you have an adjustable broom :)

There are long handled asian brooms that work awesome on floors and walls that I buy in asian markets. They're very cheap.

Can't you just tie two brooms together? Or a dowel at the end?
