it could be your mucouse plug coming out, i have had 2 children and with tmy first one i had a similar experience, althought th color was purple. There could be something more seriouse though. Are you and the doctors absoutly sure about your date of conception? if not that may make your due date wrong thus making you more or less than 36 weeks pregnant. iff you are in face more than 36 weeks pregnant, it could be a big problem. After 40 week of pregnancy, the baby starts releasing meconium (poop) its very sticky greenish black, and the baby will have this as bowel movement until they are about 1 week old. BUT, if the baby stays inside of you too long, they start releasing this, and it can go into their lungs and can cause big problems(sometimes fatal) so i sggest you see your doctor right away. You're alamost due and doctors are used to seeing oregnant women for every little tiny thing, so why not get your doc to check it out? it might be nothing but it might also be something seriouse. hey tatty,congrats!your baby may be on its way out in this world,but i guess he/she is going to take her time.the green stuff is just the beginning.the only way to make sure you are in labor is when your waters break and water comes flooding out.but anyway,to be on the safe side,call your midwife and tell her what's happening.she should be able to tell you exactly what is going on.maybe she will even ask you to go into hospital!what ever the result,i hope you have a healthy,thriving baby without any complications.all the best to you.

You Know I'v had 3 kids and never seen green in my life. That might be something bad I would go see your doctor.

It is possibly the mucas plug, which is a sign that your little one is on the way, I would check with your ob/gyn if you just want to make sure. If there is itching or burning may be a infection.

It's probably your mucus plug. You're about to have a baby! Congratulations! I lost my mucus plug on a Sunday and gave birth on the Thursday of the same week!

Its called the mucas plug it means you are going to have your baby soon. It may be a couple days but it also may take up to another week or two. Good luck!!!

My doc told me if my discharge was ever green or brown, it could possibly be meconium, which is the babies first bowel movement...I would call your doctor and ask her about it or go to your local ER and be checked just to make sure...GOOD LUCK

Is just mucus. Is common for woman to get constant discharge when their pregnant, because the bacteria production increases.

It's a sign of either infection or your amniotic fluid could be leaking and the green could be meconium. Either way see your OBGYN pronto!

Sounds to me like maybe meconium...although that's not likely unless your water has broken..and u are in labor..
I'd get checked out.
