How can I save extracted CD songs to play on my mobile phone (LG 8300) as V-Cast Music?

I bought the san disk for my LG 8300 phone and I want to put my actual CD music on it. I have a CD burner (Toast). Is there a way to extract the songs and save it to the mini disk to play on my phone? I have a CD burner that can extract songs. It's called Toast.
