take a candle or bar of soap and rub it on the slats where they touch the bed, and all joints. If that does not work, some well-placed screws could fix it.

Does the frame have wheels? Are the brakes on...small movements would squeal from that alone.I had this problem once, from a brand new bed...It's definitely the frame. Tighten all the bolts, making sure you have lock washers on them.Without the lock washers, nuts can come loose over time.Hope this helps...sweet dreams.

You can check to see if it is the bed frame by looking to see if all the nuts/bolts attaching it are tightened... It sounds as if it might be the box SPRINGS themselves and if it is, there is nothing to do about that.. Is there a warranty on it? If so, take it back.. But if it is a COILED spring mattress, that was one of the problems with COILED spring mattresses

Maybe you can spray some W-D 40 on the frame.

If you have the receipt, return it. If not, try some oil on all the joints.
