It has too do with a lack of tissue salts salts.

The physiology: you have an increase in the neurotransmitter in the synapse, specifically the one that causes muscle contraction (Acetylcholine). This makes your muscle over excitable resulting in a twitch.

The solution: go to a health shop or even a chemist and ask them for tissue salts. Magnesium also helps. Magnesium facilitates the breakdown and uptake of Acetylcholine (from the synapse) thus making the muscle less excitable and preventing the excess contractions= NO MORE TWITCH!

It's probably just an involuntary muscular/nervous twitch. If it becomes more frequent, constant or troublesome then it may be indicative of a neurological issue that would require a doctor's visit. I find that my eyelids and even my knee twitch when I am fatigued or stressed or both. There's no way to stop it or prevent it that I'm aware of.

I get twitchy muscles when I'm tired, especially my eye lids had it for two days, then had a day off work (rest day not slacking) and it went.
So could be your tired

Try taking Ginseng it gives you a natural lift, don't take pro-plus the high is good but when it wears off you feel even worse and the twitching is back.
Hope it helps xx
