My grandma swears by used kitty litter, if you can find the holes, she says to just poor some down in the hole and they are outta there!!!
Then go to a tool sale and purchase a couple of those mole chasers, they look like mini wind mills and they make a hell of a racket, the moles can't stand the noise and avoid your yard altogether.
Good luck, those little rascals wiped out an entire flower bed on me last year, and that's exactly what I did to get rid of them, and the mills work great!!!

Motivated cats make fairly good mole-catchers. Dogs will catch them, but they dig up the yard too much. I've heard of using mole repellers like the whirly-gig idea, but haven't done that myself.
The moles are in your yard to eat grubs in the soil. If you're an organo-phile like me, those grubs are just going to be there, so cleansing the soil of them isn't going to happen. If you're not averse to chemical controls, you can find an insecticide for that...look in an Ortho book at Lowe's or Home Depot, or go to a garden center.
My choice above all is the peppermint oil route. Rodents hate peppermint oil and I've had success getting rid of moles and mice this way: Soak a rag in cheap peppermint oil (Available at any pharmacy or baking center in the grocery store). Find a spot where you can dig into the mole run, or better still an outlet to the tunnel, and plug it with the oil-soaked rag. Voila.

There's a plant known as "gopher purge" available in most garden centers. If this isn't feasible, try a couple of those old-fashion whirly-gigs. They may look silly, but the idea is the vibrations from them disturb those little pests. Of course, there are electronic pest eliminators available, but I'm not certain how well they actually work.

A Yahoo search for "mole eradication" (include the quotation marks in the search box) yields 511 results. If you do the same search, and are willing to spend a little time exploring, I'm sure that you will quickly find lots of ideas and useful information..

Good luck with your search.

I had problems with moles before and called an exterminator. They actually told us to get chewable laxative and place it down in the hole. It's sounds cruel, but they eat it and then eventually dehydrate and die. If you have trails, then dig up the dirt where the trail is and that is their hole.

I guess you mean yard & typed in the wrong letter,
anyway If you happen to have a Home Depot or
Lowes store in your area call & ask them what to do.

If not then go on the web & type your question
& see what solutions you find.

Good luck , I have a chip munk who stores his
acorns in my car, little critters can be such a pain !
