If you mean the classic "QWERTY" format, no. You can rearrange the keys and use it as a Dvorak keyboard. The QWERTY style was originally created to SLOW YOU DOWN!

In the old days of manual typewriters, the keys would stick if you typed too fast. To slow us down, they moved the keys into an almost random pattern. Kinda hurts your brain, don't it?

I'm assuming you mean a computer keyboard. Just plug it into the computer and it should recognise the new hardware and install it automatically. I recommend buying a regular keyboard not a Querty.

In some cases you just unplug the old keyboard and plug in the new one. Again if you have a disc with it you may have to install it with the program. Very Very easy no problem.

Nope just plug it in as long as the cable has the same plug or it is from the same region you live in ,it is ok if it is wireless make sure it is the same type eg.101,102,103 QWERTY.
Take care!
