First, soak your feet in water until they get really pruny.
Second, use a callouse remover and scrub the callouses off. (as much as you can, at least)
Third, (this sounds strange) take some Conditioner, and rub it into your foot/feet really well.
Make sure to rinse it off or fuzzies and such will stick to them :P
Lastly, take your favorite lotion and rub it in.
If you do this every time you take a shower, you should quickly notice results.
(my mom has that problem....well, not much anymore. Her feet are really nice and smooth now)

First, if you have tried several things, you need to determine the cause of your dry cracked feet. It could be simple moisture loss and most good moisturizers will help the problem. The problem is that often times, people think dry cracked feet are caused by dry skin and in reality they have a fungus (athletes foot). You can use all the lotions, creams you want, but if it is caused by a fungus, the problem will not go away. Try a good anti-fungal cream (usually takes 7-14 days), and make sure it contains Miconazole nitrate 2%. There are 1% creams too, but take much longer to work than the 2%. Follow the package directions, hope this helps.

You can try soaking that will soften. If your feet are dry from and cracked from calluses, Avon has some good footcare products. They also have a really great footfile. Home depot or Lowe's sells a square sandpaper sponge, those work really great on feet>I use all of these products on my own feet, so I do recommend them to you. If these things don't help you or give you some results then I would avise you to see a Podiatrist.
Good Luck to you.

Lots of lotion and I think the stores carry some kind of buffer pad to help get off the dry skin. I bet if you went and got a pedicure and asked them to soften and smooth your feet they probably would. I think they are around 20 tp 25 bucks. Good luck.

if you cant go to a salon for a professional pedicure and callus teatment do a diy at home version
start by having a bath or shower and scrub your feet then apply a lotion such as E45 or vasaline or heavy night cream, pop on some old socks and wear overnight. then keep up the cream and the scrub on a regular basis
