I've a problem with my headphones. Whenever i listen to them for a while, or turn the volume up it begins to crackle. Yes, i know they do that when you turn the volume up high but they are doing this even at low volumes. I need to open up the right headphone to try and see what is wrong/ replace the speaker inside

Yes i have tried hiting it to stop it buzzing at me.

Thanks in advance.

The diaphram of the speaker has probably come loose from the driver or casing. The earphones are bonded, the only way to open them is brute force which will result in irreparable damage.

The "speaker" is embedded in the earphone and can't be replaced.

Try ebay for some second hand ones if you dont want new ones.
