I am from the Republic of the Philippines and I own a dressmaking and tailoring shop.

I have a large window display that's 7 and a half feet tall and 8 and a half feet wide.

For the month of September, what's best?

Feature "COLOR" with colored lights.

Close off the inside shop, at the window, with a dark curtain at night. Very dim lighting inside the store so as not to detract from the window.

Change as often as you can. Maybe different hues of lights for the same featured color.

Imagine all "Blue" clothing with "Blue" lighting.
Remember George Gershwin? Musical notes on the window, maybe outlining a few garments, with Blue signs,
("Rhapsody In Blue"). Audible music?
Maybe your own appropriate native music.

Red with Red lighting. (Signs, "Lipstick Red")
Maybe cut out of paper, a few "Red Lips", on the window.

Orange or Tangerine colors.
Orange lighting. With "Horn of Plenty", holding the fruit.

There used to be "Orange or Tangerine Scents", that you could place with displays during open store hours.

Use fabric or drapery on the floor in the same color, of a different hue, or white.

Other colors with complimentary lighting.

Color and lighting sells! Emphasize it.

You know what the colors are for Fall.
Make your window appear that you have more of that color than your competitors.
Duplications on display won't matter. Color is the name of the game.
Fashion styles will be secondary, but feature that in the color scheme if it is new and important.
If fabric, do some unique "Draping Effects" in different shapes.
Make your window an attention getter from drive by traffic. Colors and lighting will do that at night.

Take a walk by your window at night and observe.
Loved the business.
Good luck. Wish I could know if this works.

Cover the whole window except for small squares where a person can look in and see one or two samples.

More people my look if you limit the view.

Use your imagine and skill to make the displays attractive

This may seem obvious, but make sure the window is sparkling clean. That can set you apart...I cannot tell you how many shops I go by that have dirty windows inside and out with displays that are covered with dust and dead bugs inside.
