Do you have to go to the washroom?Ummmm, let me see, uh, first of all we have to establish what washrooms are for. Having done that, we now have establish whether the washroom you intend visiting is for males or females. Right, you are a male, so you now have to establish where you can buy clean underwear. Sorry!

To wash your hands? Not at most restaurants, several sinks around (must wash hands after touching or doing anything else...)
If it is a #1 or #2 issue, guess that all depends on where you are and whos around...
