Does anyone use terra.es? Could someone tell me why I suddenly cannot send emails from terra.es to any hotmail

I have been recieving and sending emails from terra.es to and from all my hotmail friends for past 4 years but suddenly I can only receive from hotmail addresses but not reply to them. I have put hotmail.com and hotmail.co.uk on my safe list and still this doesn't work. I have tried to get a reply from the terra (Spanish telefonica) end but with no success. Many thanks for any help

Sounds like for some reason 'your address is being blocked' at the receiving end. Have one of the users that you email at that address inquire why your email address has been blocked. They may have blocked all hotmail.com addresses.. and may be able to do an exception for yours.
Get a yahoo address and try sending to find out why.
