Sure there are. But it depends a lot on how you define each racial group. And some people would be surprised to discover that there isn't really any massive agreement on how exactly to do that. For now there are certain characteristics that, for the time being, seem to be inherited together even though there's no reason they must necessarily be so. Perhaps in the future there will be entirely different races, or none at all.

The question you are asking is actually going through a heated debate. Many scientists believe that homo sapiens are a distinct group, completely separate in species from their ancestry. However with growing knowledge of what is considered Homo Neaderthaus, we are finding that they in fact were extremely similar to us, even mentally (and brain capacity). Therefore calling only ourselves as "wise beings" (as homo sapiens) might be incorrect. Other scientists also believe that there might have been an interbreeding between the neanderthals and humans which resulted in sterile children, which means they are the same species since species is defined as a group of possibly interbreeding organisms (and ended up in the extinction of neatherthals). Therefore now many people believe that there should be subspecies (since our organisation method is completely arbritrary) and call us, homo sapiens sapiens and neatherthals, homo sapiens neatherthalus. Hope it helps, if it doest please add added info.

p.s. please ignore all incorrect spelling and typos, i try to answer these questions as quick as possible.

"Race" hasn't got a scientifically accepted definition, like "species" does. There are differing genetic groupings of H. sapiens, but skin colour is not a reliable indicator for any of the others. If we mapped prevalent blood types instead of prevalent skin colours the "racial" map of the world would look wildly different than the divisions we think we know.

The only distinct "race" I can think of offhand would have been H. sapiens neandertalensis, and it no longer exists, whether theough extinction or interbreeding is an open question.

All one species, but with very slight variations in a few characteristics. Dogs are all the same species but have vastly different characteristics than humans do.

Whatever term you wish to apply to those collections of minimally different characteristics is up for debate, currently most people use the term "race", where in lesser animals, the term "breed" is usually used.

There are ethnicities, but one race (homo sapiens sapiens to be exact).

I'm sure we will eventually find the genes that control for skin color, we prob already have, but they are afraid to release it.

There are variations among Homo Sapiens in terms of certain physiology; e.g. ****** have a slighly longer achilles muscle than Caucasians. As for Tiny Tim, I assume Tiny refers to the size of his brain because, as any fule kno we are all descended from the black man in East Africa and it is whiteness that is the mutation and not blackness.

Today, there is only one race of sapiens, We all have the same DNA in that respect.

No there is no difference.

There is but one race, called the Human Race.

African Americans have the same genetic makeup as caucasions.

All the same species, but yes...there are different races. Slight differences, but we're essentially the same.
