It takes CHARACTER to admit you were wrong and apologize for it. It used to be embarrasing and quite hard for me too, the first time I tried it. But after swallowing my pride and making it a point to apologize (and mean it) everytime I wronged someone, it got easier and more natural. Now I feel embarrased and unhappy whenever I offended or hurt someone without saying sorry, and making things right with the person.
Why did I do it in the first place? Because I realized that relationships and friendships and more important than my foolish pride.

Saying sorry is only relevent if: You mean it,you are sincere, and take it from someone who has had to do the 'sorry thing' often, soon you realize you, and the person to whom you have apologized will both feel better...that makes it a win/win situation, and there is nothing wrong with that!

That is really good that you realize your mistakes. There are not enough people in the world that do that. It might ease up if you apologize through a letter. If it is hard for you to do it face to face. Write the person a letter. Cause then they also will keep it and always keep good thoughts of you.

If you are truly sorry just say so. It's 2 of the most healing words in the English language and it will mean alot to the person you hurt. If you feel it in your heart you should be able to say it. Eventually it will get easier. You have to start somewhere.

you should try this...instead of saying sorry, say to the person, "will you forgive me?" That puts it back on them, and forces them to either forgive you or admit that they are the small ones! TAkes the pressure off of you, and places it squarely on them. And if they do forgive you, then you've won a friend for life! If they don't, you haven't lost much.

I just think of how bad the other person will feel if I don't apologize. Then I know that I have to let them know that I am sorry.

I just grin and bare it. And I just say I'm sorry even if I know that I was right all the long. It's called false apology.

You pray to God and ask Him for help in fixing a wrong. It is not hard to do with His help. I, too, am one who makes mistakes, and when I know I am in the wrong, the first thing I do is ask God to help me make it right. It always works out when you trust in Him.

it´s simple, don´t be proud and understand that you´re human we makes mistakes!!! it´s normal. you give it to much importance, it´s not a big deal, remember you´re not a kind of god. you gain more respect from other persons saying sorry than other word
Sorry!
