The open university in England is in the top 5 of universities.
It deals mainly with distance learning throughout the world, and does a varied range of degree, masters and Phd programmes. I am personally studying with them at this moment, and I can heartily recommend them to anyone, they are a very superior university and offer funding to students that can't afford it.
