I'm a new user, and I can't seem to send messages to others, especially sellers. The following error message pops up:

We are unable to submit your question. You have reached the daily limit of emails you can send using this feature.

Thing is, I never even sent one mail to anyone. Help really appreciated. :)

I was looking in ebay help, no answer.

I didn't pay for anything, just so you know. Asking here makes sense.

As a newbie your limited to ten posts per day until your at a feedback rating of 10? ...

could be a ebay chatboard or sending emails or enquiries to sellers.

contact livehelp and ask

Link is on ebay.com front page right hand side at the top

I have never seen that message, and I can't imagine there is such a message (from E-Bay). Try some more, perhaps the system is being upgraded or something like that.

why pay ebay for help and ignore it by coming here? doesn't make much sense does it?
