the first day of my girlfriends last period started on august 8 2006.....and finish on august 15 2006...i did'nt have sex with her at all in august....cauz she went on vacation....i had sex with her only on september 2 2006....and i used a condom....then her next period should come on september 6 2006....but it did'nt come...then on september 10 2006...she took a home pregnancy test and it came back positive....(thats just 8days after we had sex)...her due date is may 13 2007....i think she cheated on me while on vacation...so there's no way in hell i could be the father.....im so pissed...so my question is...is'nt this way too early for her to test and get a positive result if i was the father?..

No hunnie calm down ... if her due date is May 13th that means she got pregnant in July sometime or the very end of July into August. Woman can still get the first couple periods and still be pregnant. Calm down and relax. Just do that math!!! Its fine she didnt cheat on you OR at least it doesnt seem that way from the way the dates add up!!! !! Good Luck

Yes, do the math. Either she got pregnant at the very end of July early Aug or while she was on vacation, not when she got back. The fact that she went and took a pregnancy test just four days after her period was supposed to start makes me wonder if she already thought she was pregnant. If you have doubts, go with her to her OBGYN appointment, she should not object if she says you are the father. Ask the OBGYN when you can get one done safely. Word to the wise, a condom is not a guarantee, so don't put much faith in that. It is very possible you are the father, just get the test done and find out for sure before you convict her of something.

How the doctors determine the due date is by going back to the first date of the last period the woman has, and counting ahead 40 weeks. This early on, it's the best guess. The doctors won't be able to narrow down the actual due date until they get an ultrasound, which won't be for another few months. If you've trusted your girlfriend up to this point, I wouldn't assume that she's been cheating. It could very well be yours.

Just cause you used a condom doesnt mean you didnt get her pregnant, try not to be an idiot, what is the condom 60% effective? And that is if you use a spermacide, did you? It is too close of a time to really know if you got her pregnant. If you think she cheated get the baby tested when it is born. By the sounds of it you are likely the father. I mean the time frame is likely. Also fertility is not an exact science ask any gyn!

Now all women ovulate at different times. USUALLY 14 days after last period. In your GF case it would of been Aug 21st or about then. However, some women can ovulate late or early.
I would either talk to her about this and see her reaction and explanation. If you are in doubt get a paternity test.
This would mean your girlfriend is 5 weeks pregnant.

I think your problem isn't with her cheating, it's with how anal you seem to be! You're more aware of the dates of her menstrual cycle than most women I know. Women still can have bleeding while they are in early pregnancy. If you ask and she didn't cheat, you could piss her off and miss out on knowing your child at all! Wait till the baby is born, and save her and you some serious heart ache. Then find out if it's still plaguing you.

If your girlfriend is due in May she got pregnant in July. Women are pregnant for 38-42 weeks. The due date is estimated for the 40th week of conception. It is also common for a woman to have a period when first pregnant. So I would say as long as you had sex with her in July, your the dad!!!!

That does seem fishy. Try to be respectful and ask for a test after the child is born. A test now would put the baby at risk. I say be respectful because there's always the chance it's your baby and you don't want to be act foolish. Good luck.

it is possible she was pregnant back in august, you can still have one or two periods in early oregnancy which is why some people dont know ther are pregnant until they are 3 months or so. that happened to me with my first child so that is a possibility. if you still have doubts when the baby is born get a paternity test done

Sounds to me like she cheated on you while on vacation. She should have ovulated around August 21st so that is around the time she should have gotten pregnant. If you had sex with her on the 2nd it should have been too late for her to get pregnant unless her cycle is really messed up.
