There are thousands of "gas companies" in the world. You need to provide a general location and advise the type of gas company you are asking about. Is it a natural gas company that provides service directly to your house using underground pipes, or are you looking for bottled (propane) gas companies. Chances are good that only one underground natural gas company provices service to your area, while you might have several options for bottled gas.
