When was the first?
Nuclear war would imply a back and forth exchange and that hasn't happened yet. I hope it never does!

i dont know but i feel that the next nuclear war will be after 5 years but i dont wish that we all want

"When?" Hopefully never in our lifetimes, but if we do... probably 1/1000th of a second before our eyes are burned from the explosion and we are dissentegrated.
