Are you in London? Prepare a portfolio, et al like you would for an Aussie gent, and then go forth. Agencies just dont' take anyone. They audition. ICM is a dificult one to get into.

Look in the Stage and Spotlight and get agent reccomendations from Equity. It's difficult for non EU actors to get work in the UK - the work permit situation is a nightmare for employers.
