Has anyone had problems with ACCIS/American Sentinel University?

I have had problems with their courses ever since I started. I finally got fed up and decided to withdraw recently. Now they are trying to get out of paying my money back--they have merged and changed names and claim they don't have my money. I am getting very upset with them.

I'm a student at the American Sentinel Univeristy since last year. I really like American Sentinel Unviersity and never had a problem with them. I think all the instructors know what they're doing and the staff are very nice.
I'm enrolled in their BS. in Computer Science program. It's really great.
