ok i use www.download.com alot but one day i came to my PC and tryed to download something and it would now work. A littler window in the top left opened but nothing happened iand it still dose not work for 3 weeks i have tried changing pocp up blocker settings and turning it off but nothing works. The page always goes to thank you for downloading....... but it never downloads. i have tried it with more than 1 download! Please Help I love Download.com i used to use it all the time HELP!!!

Try actually clicking on the mirror you wish to download from, it should be below the "Thank you for Downloading" part.

i belive the little popup checks for popup blocker OR at least thats what it is usually for.
if the primary download does not work try the alternative options from other locations (link is on the thank you page).
btw, it is definitely your computer only....so i recommend:
- clear cookies
- clear temp internet files
optionaly you could use a download program like DAP to download for you instead of using your browse; you could also try a different browser.
