No. He does nothing but lie, and has even admitted so on T.V. He doesn't protect me. I used to feel safe in the world as an American, but now I feel uneasy and spied on.

many people believe that President bush care's about the safety and security of the American people.its only the liberals who do not think so...especially the ones who continually use the word "hate" in regards to the president. this country definitely is much more secure since 9/11....the trouble is the liberal movement has the 9/10 mindset....to be specific, i feel more secure when i fly...i feel that finally there is a leader that IS concerned about the security of the USA.....he gathers information, although blocked by those who don't care, about those who are set in destroying this nation....i just don't understand why liberals try their utmost to undermine the security of this nation.

He couldn't care less about the ppl, or the country. If he did he would secure our borders so that the terrorist cant run over here to hide from the war on terror. It has already been shown more than once that it is very easy to slip in through Mexico or Canada.
thousands of illegal immigrants sneaking in everyday,...we have no idea how many terrorist are sneaking in as well. We have many more enemy's than we did have,...Iraq had nothing to do with 911,..that was suppose to be the whole reason for starting the war on terror. Iraq gets bombed,...Bin Laden walks.

None whatsoever! All he worried about is lining his pockets with greenbacks that were given to him by his cronies. He's too corrupt to be concerned about the nation's security and our safety in this post-9/11 world! He could do better than that, but it's highly doubtful at all.

I just answered a very similar question. For the last five years we haven't had a single bombing in America. Without the rag-heads being chased all over Iraq, you could be sure that there would have been many many more.
The enemies of America are the Islamic terrorists and those who support them by continually running down everything the President does.

I think Dubya has worked his @$$ off trying to protect America ( he swore to do so on a bible twice) and his thanks is to be shamelessly slandered, libeled, savagely maligned, and abused by his detractors on a daily basis.
I am glad that George has not yet sunk to the level of the language or the lies and slanders that his feckless opposition has descended to in this battle to see whether America will remain a world power or slink home in shame to ignominy, beaten by a raggedy crew of fanatic jihadist psychopaths who were wittingly and unwittingly aided in their war effort by useful idiots here within the halls of our own government.

Absolutely he cares about how safe we are: If we get too safe, he's out of a job.
